California Residents Have Three Delivery Options!

Ship to Home

Orders shipped to a home address will be sent with and adult signature requirements. The shipping address must match the address on your government issued ID.

Ship to FFL

Orders shipped to an FFL will be signed by the FFL and picked up by the customer at their location. The FFL will be responsible for verifying your age. This is a great option if your address does not match the address on your government issued ID or you won't be available to sign for a package.

Local Pickup

Another great option if your ID doesn't not match your address. This option is also free. Keep in mind, your age will still need to be verified upon pickup and an AB-1263 Acknowledgement Form will be provided for you to fill and sign.

AB-1263 Information

To comply with California AB-1263, we must now take a few more steps before we can ship an order to you.

We will need a copy of your ID and a signed acknowledgment form, which will be emailed to you after checkout or found below. Items can only be mailed to the address on your ID and must have an adult signature upon receipt.

If you place an order and have any issue with this process or cannot have your order shipped to the address on your ID, please let us know and we will be happy to issue you a refund.

Required Verification Steps:

ID Verification (18+): Provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID and email the image to info@lurchmfg.com. We can only ship items to the address listed on the government-issued ID.

Mandatory Written Notice: Please fill out, sign, and return a scanned copy or photo of the completed form, linked below, and email it to info@lurchmfg.com.
